Whipped cream stabilisers

Aromacolors offers an innovative neutral cream stabiliser and a range of flavour & colour blends available in 20 g sachets that are enriched with natural fruit juices according to individual tastes.

Whipped cream stabilisers are a pioneering and first-of-its-kind solution that does not exist in regular product portfolios of other producers.

Confectioners may pick the stabiliser profile of their choice and are not compelled to excessively fill up their warehouse space. The flavour & colour blends work perfectly in many other applications (e.g. home-made jellies). One package of blend corresponds to 200 g of stabiliser, being 1470 g of whipped cream.

In order to strengthen the flavouring and colouring effect, the dosage of the blend may be easily increased depending on individual preferences.

Other stabilisers available on the market do not contain the balanced ready-made flavour & colour blends. These two need to be added separately and the dosage is generally difficult to determine.
